Back to avocados for lunch - hurrah! Mixed with halloumi, houmous, couscous, cherry tomatoes and a spot of chorizo, washed down with a drizzle of Worcestershire sauce.
Since avocados and halloumi seem to be quite rare in this neck of the woods, I have made sure to stock up.
Should last me a couple of days, at least...
