End of an era

Today marks somebody's last day at Buffer.

Not the first person to move on from Buffer, and no doubt the last. But this is the first that's moved on after two years.

Will definitely leave a hole.

Kind of strange really, in most other jobs I've had, people tend to hang around quite long. It does seem that the closer you get to web-based technologies, the less time people stay. Probably because there is so much potential to build something big, quickly, so there are always new opportunities popping up.

Anyway, best of luck - Buffer will have a gap for a while, but things always evolve.
