Today I didn't go for a run.
No real reason - just a busy morning that kind of interrupted the usual sort of routine I had going.
Instead I tried out the 4 minute workout. After all, four minutes is next to nothing - it takes me that long to make a nice cup of tea.
Whew - it was hard work! I certainly discovered that my knees, while just about being suitable enough for running, aren't all that great at jumping around. Some work to improve there, methinks.
Certainly felt good to work some muscles other than the legs though. Upper body strength has never been my strong suit and that shone though when trying to put together all these routines in such a short space of time.
Keen to keep it up - hopefully with some more running added into the mix.
