Longer runs

Having been running just over three miles five days a week for four weeks, I decided it was time for a change.

So this week I'm up to about four and a half miles instead.

Not as bad as I was expecting, which was a very pleasant surprise. I suspect I am approaching that zone where my legs accept that they are out for a run and can continue on quite happily for some time. I've found that generally this happens after about twenty minutes or so, so that makes sense.

Hopefully I can start upping the distance a bit more regularly, although I plan to keep to this distance for a couple of weeks at least.

Now all I need to do is find ways to extend the run. I'm rapidly running out of ways to circle the village without doubling back on myself.
