Today's run felt terribly slow.
And yet, when I got home, I was surprised to learn that it was still considerably faster than my usual time (last couple of days excluded).
Not entirely sure what happened there. Maybe my legs are indeed stretching further with each stride!
I'll certainly take it. It all helps to target beating that 8 minute/mile barrier that's been staring at me for quite some time.
