Six weeks

Today's morning run marks the six week mark of my new running schedule. Every morning, Monday to Friday.

Mainly kept to - I think I missed a couple of days but made up for them either in the evening or at the weekend.

And with the end of the second group of three weeks, it's time to increase the distance once more. So I need to find a nice way to add another mile or so on to my route that doesn't involve doubling back on myself.

I'm rapidly running out of village!
