Sleeping wrong

Spent today trying to find a comfortable sitting/working position as I seemed to have slept in some weird position that meant that my shoulder and wrist both had weird occasional aches.

Oddly enough, my elbow was fine - not entirely sure how I managed that.

It really hits home how important it is to have a comfortable position to work from. It removes a whole slew of distractions, allowing you to focus on the job at hand. Conversely when it's impossible to get comfortable it's simply impossible to concentrate for long enough to get into a good flow.

Hopefully I'll sleep better tonight.
