Today I put the final touches in place to support a new way for us to deal with customer queries of a more technical/involved nature.
So nice when a plan comes together - and when the tools make it straightforward to put said plan into action. So, a big thank you to Help Scout and their webhooks and workflows for making everything so easy.
Now I'm intrigued to see what next week holds and how the new system works!
