Unsure if it’s the early starts, or simply the week off, but I’ve got a few aches and pains from running. My left knee is a bit tender and my right achilles tendon is also rather sore. Fortunately they balance out so I can still run in a straight line!
Anyway, running is over for the week now, so I’m looking forward to putting my feet up over the weekend and recovering, ready for next week. Plus it gives me a chance to get some reading done, which I haven’t been doing as much of lately as I would like. Even with a book literally open to my current page on the desk in front of me as I type this.
